Clay Hughey
Clay brings more than six years of experience living and working in Africa. As a former leader of Family Legacy's Zambia operations, he oversaw a $20 million budget, 24 schools, and a staff of more than 850 Zambians.

Tiffany VanBuren
Tiffany serves as Director of Evangelism at Judah Church in Bristol, Tennessee. Her heart for prayer, evangelism, and missions grew through her involvement with Africa Freedom Mission and its ministry partnerships in Zambia.

Mark Leimberger
Mark is CEO of Alpha Advisors, a financial planning and investment advisory firm in Richmond, Virginia. He has also served in church and Christian ministry leadership and visited FHI's work in Zambia in 2023.
