• Freedom Village is Africa Freedom Mission’s new home in the hills of Zambia! For years, AFM has been searching for a place to call home, and in June of 2024 the Lord led us to this land. We hope to use this land as an epicenter for evangelism and discipleship in Zambia; not only for short-term trips of overseas missionaries, but for local Zambians as well.

  • Not only will we be ministering to Americans who come on trips, but Zambians as well. Freedom Village is planted in the middle of the Soli people, a Zambian tribe who just received the Scriptures in their own heart language in 2018. There is a deep need for discipleship and evangelism in the surrounding areas and FHI/ AFM Zambia hopes to be the answer to that call!

  • Freedom Village is currently in its first phase of development. Located in the Katoba region of Zambia, this property is being established as an international ministry base for evangelism, discipleship, missionary training, and equipping local churches and ministry leaders. Our current development priorities include team housing, ministry facilities, and the infrastructure necessary to support both local and international ministry.

HELP US DEVELOP

WHAT IS FREEDOM VILLAGE?

Freedom Village is Africa Freedom Mission’s new home in the hills of Katoba, Zambia. We are developing it as an international ministry base where teams from the United States and around the world can serve alongside local churches. Throughout the year, it will also be a place for pastors and church leaders to rest, grow, and be equipped—and a training base that prepares African and other missionary leaders to carry the gospel to the nations.
