Conference-only $200 summer trip discount

If God is calling you to missions, apply for a Summer 2027 FHI Mission Team during FHI Conference and get a $200 discount (your normal deposit is waived).

2027 team costs

  • 2-week team: $2,000‍ $1,800 (Guatemala)

  • 2-week team: $4,100‍ $3,900 (Zambia)

  • 3-week team: $4,900‍ $4,700 (Lebanon)

  • Month team: $5,100‍ ‍$4,900 (Zambia)

Includes hotel the night before travel, international flights, all food, lodging and transportation in country + excursion / safari. Does not include domestic flights, vaccinations and visa costs.

To get the conference discount, you must:

  1. Submit your application during FHI Conference

  2. Receive your first donation toward the trip by November 15, 2026

Complete both steps and your $200 deposit will be waived.

STEP 1: APPLY

When you complete the conference application, you will be automatically approved for an FHI Summer 2027 Mission Team and given access to your GoMethod account and personal fundraising page.

You do not need to know your exact summer team or travel dates yet.

The goal is to get you approved and equipped to begin fundraising immediately.

After November 15, a member of the FHI team will reach out to help you determine the specific trip and dates that are the best fit for you. To apply, click the button below:

This video walks you through what you need to know about traveling with FHI, including the administrative process, fundraising, travel logistics, preparation, communication, and what to expect between now and departure.

Once you’ve watched the video, and you’ve completed your application you’ll be ready to begin preparing for your 2027 mission trip.

You may also indicate on your application that you are interested in being considered for one of our Eight-Week Mission Teams.

Eight-Week Team Cost
$8,200 $8,000 with the conference discount

Because of the additional commitment and responsibilities involved in an eight-week team, applicants must complete a second interview before final approval.

Submitting an application does not guarantee placement on an eight-week team.

If you are not approved for the eight-week program, you will still have the opportunity to participate in either a Month Team or Two-Week Team during Summer 2027.

Your conference discount will still apply as long as you meet the application and November 15 fundraising requirements.
